2. Booking and Payment

All bookings made through Sunshine Express Travel AB are subject to confirmation and availability.

2.1 Booking Process

To confirm a booking, you must provide accurate personal and travel information. Any discrepancies may result in cancellation or travel denial.

2.2 Payment Terms

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, Swish (for Swedish clients), or other agreed methods.
  • All prices are subject to change until final payment is received.
  • Currency conversion charges or international transaction fees (if any) are the client’s responsibility.

3. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

3.1 Customer-Initiated Changes or Cancellations

  • Airline tickets, visa fees, and tour packages may have different cancellation rules.
  • Some tickets and services may be non-refundable or partially refundable.
  • If you cancel or request changes, applicable fees will be deducted before any refund.

3.2 Sunshine Express Travel AB Cancellations

In rare cases where we need to cancel a service due to force majeure, lack of availability, or third-party failures, we will notify you immediately and offer alternatives or refunds where possible.

3.3 Refund Timelines

Refunds (if applicable) may take up to 14–30 working days depending on the airline, embassy, or third-party processing time.

4. Visa and Immigration Services

We assist clients with visa application processes, but final approval lies with embassies or consulates.

  • We do not guarantee visa approval.
  • Clients are responsible for submitting truthful and accurate documents.
  • Visa processing times vary by country and embassy workloads.
  • If a visa is refused, service fees are not refundable unless explicitly stated.

5. Manpower and Overseas Employment

Our manpower services connect job seekers with overseas employers based on demand.

  • Job placement depends on the employer’s selection criteria.
  • Sunshine Express Travel AB is not responsible for post-deployment disputes unless related to our documented agreements.
  • Candidates must ensure they meet the legal, medical, and skill requirements of the destination country.

6. Travel Packages

We offer custom and group tour packages covering destinations worldwide.

  • Packages may include accommodation, transportation, meals, and guided tours.
  • Any deviation from the planned itinerary may incur additional charges.
  • Sunshine Express is not liable for loss due to natural disasters, flight delays, strikes, or political unrest affecting the tour.

7. Umrah and Hajj Services

Our Umrah and Hajj packages follow the rules of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj & Umrah.

  • Packages are limited and seasonal.
  • Pilgrims must submit valid documents (passport, vaccine proof, etc.) on time.
  • We are not responsible for delays or changes due to Saudi authorities’ decisions or health restrictions.

8. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal, passport, and travel-related information
  • Follow the rules and regulations of airlines, host countries, and local laws
  • Maintain respectful conduct with our team, partners, and other travelers
  • Check and double-check all documents before travel (tickets, visas, insurance, etc.)

9. Liability Disclaimer

Sunshine Express Travel AB acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers (airlines, embassies, hotels, etc.). We are not liable for:

  • Flight delays or cancellations by airlines
  • Visa denials by embassies or border control
  • Accidents, theft, illness, or loss of belongings during travel
  • Unforeseen changes due to pandemics, political issues, or weather

We recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including logos, texts, images, and booking tools — is the intellectual property of Sunshine Express Travel AB or licensed to us. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy and Data Use

We collect and use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to our data handling practices.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sweden.
